Did you hear?
This week, Nick stepped down after 8 years as Chief Culinary Ninja.
He's not walking away, he's simply returning to his roots - back to the start.
His new title will be Chief Cook and Bottle Washer as he heads back to dishland with his raisin-hands.
He actually wrote a poem called "Dishes Are My Side Hustle".
Nick here.
If you are reading this, thank you.
The only thing cooler than living the life I do is when others enjoy following the journey.
I started washing dishes when I was fourteen and scrubbed a lot of pots and pans for two years straight. That foundation has led me to a love for the dish pit, it's a place of solace for me.
I like things clean and organized and the sinks are where that program starts. I can wash some dishes while the team "Chefs it up!" and I can see the operation from ground level. I only do it for 1-2 hours at a time, but it is highly effective for communication.

We'd like to communicate a few things with you this week.
We have developed a few new meals and people are loving them. We sent a box of Turski Burgers down to Tony Turski and his awesome community at Turn2CrossFit in Southern California. The feedback has been stellar and they can't wait for their next delivery.
We also added a meal we are calling Elk Shepherd's Rice. It's the same as Elk Shepherd's Pie, but with rice on the bottom instead of Yams on the top.
Here are some pics from the photo shoot we did of these new meals this week:

We are adding a double portion of love to our meals these days.
For so long, I thought going huge and big growth were things to strive for. I now think differently.
We are not looking to grow, we simply want to help you EAT BETTER by delivering the highest quality food we can create.
I appreciate you following along and I hope to serve you for years to come.
If your freezer could use a top-up, check out our menu and place an order today. We will ship it on Monday and you'll be enjoying the meals in no time!
Have a great weekend and remember to cherish every moment. The first quarter of 2023 is already gone.
The days are long, but the years are short.
Your Pal,
Paleo Nick
(Looking down on those I look up to. Organic Grass-Fed Grass-Finished Barbacoa with Butternut and Tomatillo Salsa - Our number one selling meal. )
